What we are doing
It is amazing what you can do with a bucket, rag, elbow grease, paint and tiles, hammer and saw!

We are cleaning everything, painting the ceilings and walls, and tiling the entry, bathrooms, kitchen, storage and office. We replaced the bathroom fixtures, some lighting, and de-rusted and painted the refrigeration unit. We are building new table tops, refinishing the chairs, building 2 bars, entry seating, patio tables. A couple of outside additions are a new patio and covered entry, We repaired the roof, cleaned and painted vents, pressure washed everything, removed weeds, and more.

Next year, we would like to update the dining area with new floors, replace the roof entirely, beautify the outdoors more, paint or re-side part of the exterior.
